Create roof top swimming pool is very easy!   Please install water walls and floors like this picture. I find them at Mod the Sims2 . Link to thread But, You can create without water wall and floor!! * Thanks to MTS2 stuff for letting me know my lost link.  : ) 1, Create house and stairs to roof top by your own. <it's no matter with foundation or not> If you have Night Life EP, so use half wall and place half wall around the pool like this pic. 2, create diving place by wall tools like this pic. 3, Go to outside of this house and use stair tools and digs down the ground for 12steps like this pic. <Use stair tools and digs down 3 times, it's mean 12steps> 4, Next delete stairs and make flat on deepest place along with house by using flat terrain tools . 5, This house on the foundadtion, so here create foundation and walls. If your house without foundation.  create here walls on the ground. This is no matter. In this case create roof top swimming pool on 3rd floor. Here create wall for 3rd floor level also. 6, Create console box for cheat commands. Press Shift key + Ctrl key + C key  in same time. And type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation false and press Enter. Use flat terrain tools and make flat like this pic. 7,so you can see like this pic now. Create console box for cheat commands again and type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation true and press Enter. 8,Next,place ladder and diving board.  Create console box for cheat commands and type here moveobjects on  and press Enter. You may place ladder and diving board.   It's complated!! : ) Try to sim can swim here!! Acctually they don't need water  for swimming!! WOW These are normal tiles and wall paper. you try it !! In Night Life EP included half wall. Half wall is useful to arround edge of the swimming pool. If you don't  have Night Life EP. So, create edge of swimming pool with normal wall like this . and use flat terrain tools and make flat like this pic with cheat commands   boolprop constraifnloorelevation false Everything same with Night Life EP version.
