Here is Tutorial for stairs with several landings which I create at  dormVol.02 and , DormVol.03. I learn this from other's house. but I got ask about this stairs. This is harder to create than others, I think . Let's try to create step by step!  If you can't create well, please do not harry to next. : ) Hope you could create well!!

1, first creat walls 2nd level floor. 2, create cheat commands box<press Ctrl key  + Shift key + C key in same time> and type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation false and press Enter. and create basement corner of this house. here is 1st landing. after create basement, you can see like this. Cheat comand still false. 2nd landing- use rise terrain tools and click 4 times and create basement . this is 2nd landing 3rd landing- use rise terrain tools and click 8 times and create basement .  this is 3rd landing. create cheat comaands box and type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation true and delete basement which not use . next,place floor and stairs by stairs tool and you can create like this picture. create cheat command box and type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation false and use flat terrain tools and make flat from top. after make flat from top. again create cheat commands box,and type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation true so, almost you can see like this.  So next decorate around stairs and finish. *if you need help to flat for landing, so you may place floor  outside of landing like this picture. You can not place window here.  look this. but you can place here pictures or wall light, like this. : )
