Here is tutorial aquarium pool for 2nd floor level.

1, First use by raise terrain with bigger size and click 12 times . this is for raise terrain till height 2nd level floor  to create pool  here. 2, Make flat and here create pool. 3, create cheat comands box for press Shify key + Ctrl key + C Key  in same time.  Type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation false and press Enter. 4, use flat tools and make flat till the edge of pool to the ground. after make flat,  you can see pool like this. 5,Once cheat comands box create and type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation true Enter Press. 6. Make wall around the edge of pool like this. Put a wall around beside of pool's edge like this picture. 7. Put windows here. Next, need work for filling a gap  between wall and pool. 8, create cheat comands box again, and type here boolprop constrainfloorelevation false press Enter. 9,Use flat tools and drag and fill a gap . So, you can see like picture. 10,use flat tools and make flat from 2nd level like this. After make flat, you can see like this. Here is inside of corner box. Try to fill a gap between wall and pool of other side  as same way. Work is almost done. Cheat comands still false. 11,use flat tools and make flat 2nd level floor  from top.  This is for correction of strain like this. also need pool side to making flat . 12,Create cheat comands box, and type here, boolprop constrainfloorelevation true and Enter press. And  put windows and decorate  here and finish to create  aquarium like this picture.  : ) View fom outside. Hope you can create well!! : ) You can see aquarium pool at Aquarium house. * You can create more deep pool, so try  click 16 times when you raise terrain for create pool on 2nd level floor. But in this case, need to create wall for 1st level floor  and also 2nd level floor  when  you fill of gap . Another day I'm going to fix again . Inside
